- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I give two stars because I was able to get to the desk within 3-5 minutes of coming in. The help seems very surly. Been here a couple times until I found out about A-Notary a couple miles up the road. I'll never come back, they do not know the regulations regarding seasonal registration in PA.
