  I am very upset with the customer service I received from this office on July 13, 2017. I called this office the day before I went in to ensure they were capable of processing a PA notary surety bond. The bond is required in this state to be a notary. I was assured that they could do this for me on the 13th. I went to the office at 9am. Leanne(not sure of spelling) took my information and money and handed me back what I supposedly needed to head to Kittanning to be sworn in at the prothonotary's office. After a 40 minute drive in the rain to the Armstrong county courthouse I found out that I had nothing from this office that I needed. The issuing agent was supposed to complete and sign the paperwork I handed her and I was supposed to also have a POA. When I called the office to ask about the error, I was told "We don't have a notary here today anyway". That comment had not a single thing to do with any question I asked her and furthermore, I never heard the words 'I'm Sorry that I did not complete your business properly' or 'that's my mistake, I'm sorry. This office will never see any business from me or my family. I went back to the office to pick up my cash refund and still no apology. This manner of conducting business in small town America is appalling.
